Founding membership is intentionally limited while each service neighborhood is established. Once a neighborhood's founding cohort closes, new members join at the standard rate — not because marketing says so, but because the Thursday route has reached its founding capacity.

Your standards are written into your household profile on day one — specific hechsherim, specific stores, specific brands. We shop your list at your approved retailers. If something on your list is unavailable, we contact you before substituting, never after.
No. You cook. We handle everything that comes before the cooking: planning, sourcing, ordering, pickup coordination, and Thursday delivery. The food that reaches your table is yours — made in your kitchen, to your recipes.
Pause any week by Tuesday evening from your portal — one tap, no fees, no phone call. Your membership simply resumes the following week. Snowbirds can pause for a season.
The membership covers the concierge service: your dedicated coordinator, weekly planning, sourcing, coordination, and Thursday delivery. Groceries are billed at store prices — we pass receipts through with zero markup. You pay what the store charges, plus nothing.
A Thursday route can only serve so many households exceptionally well. When your neighborhood reaches that number, access closes and a waitlist opens. Scarcity here is operational, not promotional.
A real person reviews your request against your neighborhood’s route capacity, usually within a few days. If there’s a seat, we schedule a 15-minute onboarding call to learn how your family does Shabbat. If not, you keep your place in line — and your founding pricing, if you applied while the cohort was open.
